Family

My family came to visit the middle of June. We kicked the week off with a family reunion then continued with Jewlery making, homemade bread, pizza and lots of catching up. We even made a family trip to Iceberg. It was a great week and I was sad to see them go, but we will see them again in August.

Idaho Fun

The end of May our friends Cory and Jamie invited us to go to Idaho wth them for the weekend. We packed the car, loaded up Berkley & enjoyed a great weekend of boating, shopping & birthday celebrations. We had a lot of fun and are grateful that the Lewis' invited us to come.

ApriL brought lots of people to Utah! We were lucky enough to be visited by MaTt'S pAreNts and my LitTle sIsteR. FuN! We were able to enjoy General Conference with Ron and Velda and then had everyone over for a fun night of FoNDuE!!! It was great to see everyone and enjoy a great, fun filled EveNing.

Wow! I am lame no post for 2 months are you kidding. Well, I promise I will be better! So we have done lots of celebrating this past week. Matt celebrated his 26th BIrtHdAy and we celebrated our 3rd AnnIveRsAry. Super exciting. We made a quick trip to Las Vegas to enjoy the weekend of celebrations. It was nice and a bit warmer than Utah so that was a plus too. We decided to see a few shows and really enjoyed them. It was just great to spend the time together! Matt is such a great Husband and provider for us. He works so hard for us and I appreciate that. He is wonderful and the best person in the whole world for me. I love him so much and am so glad to have him as my partner in crime.

HaPPy NeW yEar

It feels so great to start another year. We can't believe how fast 2008 went by. Crazy. I am sure that this year will fly by too. We have become boring people here in Utah. I asked Matt what he wanted to do to bring in the New Year and he said WORK. Who works on New Years? We decided to stay home and celebrate with watching MoVIes and eating PopCorN from my new air popper! Sad to say we almost fell asleep before the New Year even came around. New YeARs day we headed for AmerIcaN FoRK canyon to take BerKLeY out for a nice hike in the snow. We hiked for about 2 hours and then headed for home. Hiking in the snow takes a lot out of you. We really enjoyed the day and are excited to what this year brings us. A few things we want to accomplish this year are: ScuBa DivInG certification, TroPicAl VacAtiOn, bUy a HouSe , tRaVel, teAch BeRklEy how to HunT, become morE fiT, Eat HeAlTHieR, grow SpirItuAlLy, and EnjOy evEryThinG iN liFe.
